Wilderness Lodge has many different offerings when it comes to the types of rooms that are available. Our cabins sleep any where from 1 to 8 people. Many of the cabins have a door into the adjacent room so that large groups can room side by side.

 As part of your package for peak season, we offer a 3-course dinner, lunch and a full hot breakfast included with each night's stay along with use of the resort amenities at no additional fee (in ground salt water pool, hot tub, mini golf, pickleball, treehouse, rec room, disc golf, hiking trails, river access, etc)— hence why our rates are based on a “per person” fee.  *Off peak provides dinner and breakfast only, flat rate lodging no meals.

There are many activieties to do in and around Wilderness Lodge. Through our campground you can float the crystal clear Black River. On our grounds you can play disc golf, putt putt, pickleball or Bocce Ball.  Enjoy our hiking trails, inground salt water pool, hot tub, rec room, and river access. You can also drive to any of a number of Free local State parks.

As a part of your stay there is a served full breakfast and 3 course dinner every morning and night. A bagged lunch will be provided daily for pick up as well. Meals are made from scratch on the property by  wonderful kitchen staff lead by our culinary trained head chefs.  *please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to your arrival

 If you cancel 10 days before your arrival date there is a $25 cancellation fee per deposit/cabin. If you must cancel within the 1-10-day window then we provide you with a cabin credit to be applied toward a rescheduled booking within 1 calendar year, minus a $10 processing fee.  Cancellations made with 24 hours or less can not be rescheduled and are non-refundable.  Early departures will still be required to pay in full. *Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to reservation date for holiday bookings are nonrefundable and no credit will be issued. 

 We have a number of dog friendly cabins. There is a one time pet fee of $40 for the first dog and an $10 additional for a second dog (max 2 dogs per cabin). *this fee is per cabin, not per reservation 

• Gratuity is added to your invoice based on your dining.  This covers your wait and bar staff, along with housekeeping and can be reviewed on your final invoice.
• Please get a car pass for visiting the campground so they can identify you as a Lodge guest

Arrival and Departures:

• *no early check ins can be accommodated at this time.  All check ins are 3pm or after.  Check out is 11am.
• A valid credit card must be presented and on file prior to departure
